CASE STUDY
Medsend
Before Tandem
Medsend relied on investment income to help fund $1 million/year of “student loan payments” to support its 120 medical missionaries.
When the stock market plummeted in 2008, so did Medsend’s investment income.
There was no fundraising function in place to meet the loan payments and many of the 120 medical missionaries would have to be recalled.
After Tandem
Revenues went from $1.3 in 2010 to over $2.6 Million within 5 years.
Today Medsend is a $5 Million organization, and is still using the same fundraising strategy Tandem developed and implemented.
